Your job as a Back Office Sales Employee

Your job will be to sell and offer customer support for the high-grade security products of Technolution Prime. These are the best communications security solutions that are currently being produced in the Netherlands. You will therefore be dealing with demanding clients who want to protect their ICT infrastructure optimally against malware and cybercrime.

Your duties as Back Office Sales Employee are diverse.

You manage existing clients’ accounts and act as their first point of contact. You ensure that their questions find their way to the right people within our organization and that service calls are answered and resolved. You organize planned maintenance, product training, and installation support. You help clients to formulate their needs and determine the right solution. You draft offers, alone or together with the business developer. You do the follow-up on these offers independently, manage purchase orders and turn them into production orders and purchase orders for our assembly department. You monitor delivery times, communicate to the client about these, and act proactively in case of delivery problems.

  • The ability to work and think at HBO (higher professional education) level 
  • Experience with Excel 
  • A good command of Dutch, both in speaking and in writing


You are able to keep an overview of things in this multifaceted position. You are good at planning your own work and keep a cool head when the pressure begins to rise. You coordinate your work with your colleagues and customers and flag up any bottlenecks on time. You contribute actively to the finetuning of your job description and the effectiveness of the various processes by sharing your insights. You proactively suggest improvements.
