Your job as an in-house lawyer at Technolution 

Techolution is a successful, growing technology company with many different activities and fields of expertise. We work for a varied group of clients, including large enterprises and government bodies. So far, we’ve worked with external law firms for our legal affairs. You will be our first in-house lawyer. You’ll be helping the various disciplines within our company, such as finances, business and human resources, with their legal issues. If necessary, you will work with external legal specialists – we don’t expect you to be a specialist in every discipline. Your job is to lay the groundwork and manage the collaborative process.

You’ll be advising business developers and project managers about drafting client contracts, sitting in on meetings with partners and clients about setting up new partnership agreements, and helping out HR with employment conditions and questions of legal status. You will be doing the preparatory work for the drafting of EULAs and product licenses, and researching the legal aspects of our international activities. In short: you will be our go-to person for legal issues. Your guiding principle is to seek consensus. Of course, you will be defending our interests, but you’re always on the lookout for the best solution for all stakeholders. 

Talking and – even more so – listening are crucial for this versatile position. Technolution encourages personal entrepreneurship and assigns responsibilities at a relatively low level in our organization. This means that colleagues at all levels are busy developing new initiatives, and they need legal advice. As our company lawyer, you can expect to meet many of our colleagues, who all have their own legal questions and needs. You will be their sounding board, legal expert and advisor.

The position of in-house lawyer is new for Technolution. You will be reporting to our financial director, but we expect you to do your work independently and to plan your activities yourself. This position is a real opportunity for a young, motivated lawyer who has clear ideas. We will be giving you many possibilities for personal and professional growth.
