Your job as High Assurance Account Manager

As High Assurance Account Manager, you explore the market and participate actively in the relevant networks. You help spread Technolution’s reputation and seek to recruit clients in the High Assurance domain. Together with the domain architects and project managers of our High Assurance team, you transform opportunities into attractive offers that hit the right note. You are persistent and persevere until the contract has been signed, all the while demonstrating patience and understanding for the client’s situation. Although you are not a technical person yourself – or not anymore – you are able to hold your own in conversations with technical experts, both within and outside our organization, and you have the self-confidence to engage with this field. You appreciate the mixture of frenzied last-minute work to get a big offer ready on time and calm ongoing activity from your personal drive to find new contracts. 

 

We serve the High Assurance market by developing and delivering systems and products for the transportation and protection of classified data, such as the PrimeLink 3015. Potential clients in this field include the Dutch ministries of General Affairs, the Interior, Foreign Affairs, Justice and Security, and Defense. 

No surprise therefore that you need a sharp feel for how to communicate with government bodies.

Typically you 

You have:
  • Completed an HBO/WO (higher professional education or university) degree 
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of and experience with High Assurance issues and technology
  • Experience with certified products for classified data is an advantage
  • Good connections with relevant government bodies
You are:
  • Enterprising and independent 
  • Commercially minded
  • A strong communicator
  • Persistent
  • A team player 

We regard it as a major advantage if you already have a strong network in the challenging field of High Assurance. Account management in this domain is a matter of patience, persuasion and perseverance. If you have these qualities – and those mentioned above – we would like to meet you.
Integrity and confidentiality are crucial in this function, and screening will therefore be part of the application process. You will often have to work in our secure ABDO (General Security Requirements for Defence Contracts) space.
