You work with the organization to remove any obstacles so that your team can focus entirely on its tasks. You prefer to operate in an organization that has been working agile for years. Your job as a Scrum Master
As a Scrum Master at Technolution, you usually work on multiple projects simultaneously. Using software, electronics and programmable logic, you and your colleagues develop advanced technological solutions for clients in the energy and mobility sectors. These clients are often public organizations and most projects have a high relevance for society.
You are the day-to-day manager of the team and ensure that your team members can work undisturbed. The goal is always: to create the best solution that adds the most value to the client. You play a central role in this dynamic and sometimes hectic context. You’re able to switch easily between talking to the client, the project manager and the development team. Your focus is on Scrum and the agile development process. This includes things such as:
- Facilitating Scrum events
- Organizing and managing the backlog
- Being the point of contact for the client
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the process
- Creating synergy between multiple Scrum teams
- Ensuring team members’ job satisfaction
Typically you
You have
- Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience with Scrum methods and agile work is a plus
- Experience as a project leader and/or Scrum Master in a technological or ICT environment is a plus
You are
- A strong communicator
- Enterprising and motivated
- A stimulating team builder
- Task-oriented, a people’s person and curious
