You’re at your best in a complex project environment with multiple parties and diverging interests. You’re able to deal with demanding clients, large public bodies and technical partners. Like a true manager, you ensure agreements are honored, the product has the required quality, new contracts are drawn up and resourcing from Technolution, and particularly from Technolution’s ecosystem, is fit for the job. Meanwhile, you help the client to make the changes that the contract and the requested service require. Your ultimate goal: a long-term relationship between Technolution, client and partners – and satisfied colleagues. Do you have the insight, overview and seniority to make this happen?

Your job as a Service Delivery Manager

Technolution is the technology partner of one of the Netherlands’ largest public bodies. Within the context of a long-term framework contract, we support and manage a large number of mission-critical applications for this client. As Service Delivery Manager in this environment, no day is the same. You work in close cooperation with our business unit managers, CCO and project managers to offer optimal service to the client. Your responsibilities are varied. You consult with various parties about future improvements to the service we offer, monitor the product/service catalog and the corresponding roadmap and engage in contract negotiations about technical and application management. You write contract-wide progress reports (financial and service levels) and are in charge of resourcing. You perform quality and contract requirement audits and maintain the relationship with our partners. In addition, you act as delivery manager vis-à-vis the client; you support and facilitate the implementation of the new services and advise about the relevant organizational and management implications.

In addition to looking out for the interests of colleagues, partners and client, you are also alert to Technolution’s future interests. An important aspect of this is the development of new, sustainable services. As Service Delivery Manager, you work on fleshing out these services, while never losing sight of the organizational and strategic consequences of these changes for the client.

In due course you will also act as Service Delivery Manager for other clients. These clients will usually also be public or semi-public bodies.

  • A completed relevant HBO (higher professional education) or university degree
  • Knowledge of and experience with system-oriented contract management
  • Knowledge of and experience with quality management
  • The ability to solve resourcing issues
  • The ability to manage the partners in the ecosystem
