Our traffic management platform MobiMaestro is used by provinces, municipalities and large cities in the Netherlands and Scandinavia. The MobiMaestro service team on a daily basis provides service and maintenance for this business-critical platform for more than forty road authorities. Your job as Service Manager

MobiMaestro is a leading traffic management platform that is constantly under further development, with new modules added frequently, often in close cooperation with clients. As MobiMaestro Service Manager, you are responsible for the performance of service contracts for the platform. You are the link between the client and the service team. Together with your team members, you work on building long-term client relationships. The focus is on safeguarding the continuity and performance of the application, taking care of all our clients’ concerns, optimal customer satisfaction and creating an optimal match between our services and the client’s requirements. 

You work alongside your team members as an inspirer and facilitator and make sure that they can do their work optimally. You maintain good contacts with the clients and ensure communication is clear, and you produce reports for the client, manage service provision and monitor the quality of the service provided. You report to the Project Manager and monitor the financial aspects of service provision. You keep calm when things escalate and aren’t afraid to intervene when necessary.

Our clients’ queries and requirements change constantly. As Service Manager, your role is therefore also of a tactical nature. You anticipate market changes and ensure that our services and products continue to meet changing needs. You continue to work on current change processes, such as the overhaul of service level reporting and monitoring of our systems.    

Typically you

You have:

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar function
  • Basic knowledge of software development and ICT infrastructures
  • The ability to operate at HBO (higher professional education) or academic level
  • Knowledge of ITIL is a plus

Needless to say, you have excellent management qualities. You love coordinating a small team and have a good sense of organizational processes and relationships. You are able to express yourself easily both orally and in writing. You understand the client’s and Technolution’s interests and are able to balance the two.
