Your job as Customer Success Manager
As Customer Success Manager, you are the link between the clients and Phase to Phase’s compact, close-knit team. You ensure that clients benefit optimally from our software solutions and you contribute to their success. You do this in a variety of ways:
- You assist new clients with the implementation of our products and make sure onboarding is smooth and easy, so that they soon begin to experience the added value of our solutions.
- You organize training sessions, both standard programs and tailor-made courses designed in consultation with the client. You give advice on all Phase to Phase solutions and help clients get the most out of our software.
- You are our existing clients’ first point of contact, understand their needs and support questions, and in doing so contribute to high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- You are our client’s first point of contact for questions and feedback, and you give our engineers specific, focused feedback to implement product improvements that immediately give our clients added value.
In this dynamic position, you’re really one of the faces of Phase to Phase for our clients. You’ll be familiarizing yourself thoroughly with the possibilities of our applications and the challenges that the energy sector is facing. In addition, you keep up to speed with the activities and future plans of our product developers.
Typically you
You have:
- Completed Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline, such as electrotechnology or informatics.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a comparable role, such as in customer success or account management, preferably in the energy sector or in software development. Or, you have didactic experience offering training courses. It’s a huge advantage if you already have experience with using Phase to Phase products.
- Excellent communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and the capacity to convey technical information to others clearly.
- Necessary understanding of power grids and/or experience with technical software; you will learn about our products and their uses very quickly.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both in speaking and writing.
