Technolution acquires AimValley

Technology company Technolution from Gouda acquires telecommunications and networking specialist AimValley. The acquisition expands Technolution’s multidisciplinary development capabilities and strengthens the company’s position in the industry, defense, aerospace, and energy market sectors. This step underlines Technolution’s ambition to become the Netherlands’ leading multidisciplinary technology company.
With a strong focus on advanced network technology and data transport, AimValley delivers a broad range of telecom and networking solutions to renowned Tier 1 telecom equipment providers. Like Technolution, the company has a strong drive to realize innovative, working solutions, combined with expert technological expertise.
Jan van der Wel, CEO of Technolution, sees the acquisition as the right next step in Technolution’s development: “AimValley’s knowledge and experience perfectly complement our own expertise, especially in the areas of electronics, programmable logic, and embedded software. Although AimValley will eventually be integrated into Technolution’s organization, nothing will change for AimValley’s existing clients. Ongoing projects, contracts, and contact persons will remain unchanged. The coming period will be used to further shape the collaboration between both companies and bring the organizations together.
